Yes! New website, new moderators.

Currently, we have 6 moderators. 5 from XCH, 1 from TwE. Too many and unbalanced.

So, we are going to remove all the current moderators, and re-pick them one by one.

All current moderators, if you still want to be a mod, you would have to re submit your application and wait for a vote.

One main aspect of a succesfull moderator is to be accepted by their own forum. So for that, we are going to make the poll public. Everyone get's to vote on who they think should be moderator. But of course, admins get's the last vote.

The new moderators will be judge on their abilities. Their leadership skills, activeness, and their contribution. After the mod reset, we will have a total number of 4 moderators. 2 from each side (TwE, XCH). Although this number may increase as the forum develops.

If you want to be a mod, please submit an application in the Apply to Join Staff section.

You will follow the following format.

1. Username
2. Age
3. Experience from previous websites
4. Why you are capable of this position, or give us a reason of why we should pick you.
5. Pros that you have brought to your website. (For example, what good have you done for your previous website?)
6. Are you active? When are you usually online?
7. Why do you want this position.
8. Anything extra to add.

The deadline of all applications will be 2 weeks from today. February 21st.
